What foods/drinks have you tried that help you lactate more?

Let’s share ideas and help each other! Mine are eggs, soup, milk, water, coconut water and porridge.

And did they work? Hope many days pp are you? I am doing oats, milk and fenugreek capsule… not sure how much diff it’s making. Getting 60-100 ml max. 17 days pp

Ooo follow!! My supply is sooo low so any tips would be fab! Averaging 20-60ml with my best day being 75ml - 20 days PP

No specific foods but I've noticed the more the baby is on my breasts, the more milk I get.

I do notice a significant difference in my supply/let down when I don’t have eggs or porridge in the morning. I also sip on coconut water throughout the day. Currently 22 days pp.

I'm not exactly sure but I have granola and greek yoghurt every morning and my supply has always been good!
