I make the “Sally special sausage rolls” recipe, just use a food processor for everything then add and use gloved hands to mix it all even though it says thermomix instructions I have made it before without my thermie. https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-savoury-recipes/sallys-special-sausage-rolls/rg6uztxs-47794-165398-cfcd2-hhw8sucj I make mine smaller though so it says 4 sheets I actually need 6.
