Large baby?

Should I be worried that my baby is measuring at 95th percentile at 21 weeks? My OB said she is measuring big but not insanely big.. is there time for this to change? I’m a FTM so I’m lost..

Ultrasounds aren't accurate once you're past this point. Play around and search on the evidencebasedbirth.com website and read up on the "induction for big/small baby" articles. Hospital care is often behind with acting with the up to date research.

It's incredibly rare for your body to grow a baby that you cannot birth. Like extremely rare.

I got this every scan, he was born 6.6🤭

Yes baby's growth can change throughout pregnancy and they be healthy and of average size. I fo also want to add that ultrasounds are estimated sizes, my last pregnancy it stated that my son's head was 2.3 inches from ear to ear at 39 weeks, and I was extremely anxious thinking maybe baby had a birth defect🤣 nope he had a very average sized head
