Toddler rains

I currently have a 2 year old and trying to encourage her to walk more instead of being in her pram. She loves walking but doesn’t listen to you when you try and guide her in the right direction. She also doesn’t like holding your hand. I’ve thought about getting baby rains but I just have the mindset of it reminds me of having a dog on a lead almost but, I also feel like she would probably really benefit from them. I’m basically wondering what is other people’s opinion on them and should I give them ago.

I'm about to try because my son is the same way. He likes to throw himself down on the floor when I try to lead him holding his hand and has busted his own lip doing it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got a wrist link, so it attaches around my.wrist to my toddlers wrist. I was also concerned about the idea of it looking like a dog lead, but we are both attached and both by the wrist, so I figured it's a little bit better. I've used them while on vacation, gave my boy so more independence, and allowed for a little adventure while I could keep him safe. Its really a personal choice. But I would rather have my son safe but allow him to explore

We use baby reins for our LG and I honestly couldn’t really care less about others opinions on them. She has the tendency to walk in the opposite direction to where we need to go, she also won’t hold our hand 🙃 personally I would rather she was safe and I can direct her safely with her reins… she’s happy with them on too. She’s now in the stage of hating her pram and wants to walk and explore so this suits us x
