Picky eaters

Does anyone struggle to get your LO to eat all day. Mine is such a picky eater we basically do a banana at breakfast or yogurt. Lunch is spaghetti of some sort. Sometimes chicken salad. And dinner he gets super fussy not wanting anything until it’s late or nothing at all. I feel bad when I can’t get three meals in. And feel worse he absolutely hates vegetables. So it’s a constant battle even with just simple foods.

same!! it's so irritating because you're a baby you should want to try everything! lol mine won't eat vegetables, and lately she's not been wanting to try anything different at all, nor wants me to try and feed her. her favorite chicken is now hit or miss. I can always count on berries, a banana or plain Greek yogurt which is nice. but lately she's been a pain!

Mines picky too. He only likes a few things and that’s all I make him everyday. I try to give him new things but he makes a face and won’t even touch some stuff. He is a big fan of freeze dried fruits but won’t eat real fresh fruit. He loves toast so a lot of our lunches involve toast. And he loves chicken nuggets. I’m trying to get him to eat other things instead of chicken nuggets so some nights it’s no dinner too or after the tantrum I give in with chicken nuggets just so he can have something in his belly.. he does like the once upon a farm pouches. So he get one of those everyday. And the stony field yogurt fruit and veggie pouches.

My daughter has her days too. What I’ve heard is it’s important to just keep introducing all types of food consistently just keep a positive attitude while offering. If you keep offering it to them they’ll eventually try it.

My son is picky too. He hates yogurt, bananas, oatmeal and a bunch of other stuff. His twin sister eats literally anything. I find something he like and give him as much of it as he wants. But we experiment every day.
