Bottle feeding- not dropping bottles

My baby will be 1 next month. She was 6 weeks early. She’s on 3 meals a day and still has 4 bottles a day. She takes 6oz at every feed and her night time one is 7oz I’m concerned as she shows no signs of dropping a bottle. My partner says there’s been times where she will only take 2 oz of her mid morning one but this isn’t consistent and more often than not she will only leave maybe an oz in the bottom. Should I try and drop the mid morning bottle?

Is she on cows milk now ? Xx

@Amber no still just formula but has cows milk in food. Like with cereal

I wonder if you could start to switch to cows milk slowly and then think about reducing it... could give in a tommie tippie cup the feed you want to drop xx

Will probably take another month or two xx

hmm, it sounds like she's still really into her bottles, so maybe just keep an eye on her for now and see if she starts to naturally drop one on her own? here's what the 'Heal Baby Care App' says.... "It's great to hear that your baby is reaching her first birthday! Since she was born early, her feeding patterns may differ from full-term babies. If she's consistently taking a good amount of solids and is showing some variability in her mid-morning bottle, it might be a good time to gradually reduce that bottle. You could try offering her a smaller amount, like 4 oz, and see how she responds over a week or two. If she seems satisfied with her meals and isn't showing signs of hunger, you can consider dropping it altogether. How does she seem to respond to her meals? Is she showing interest in food?
