Question about sleeping through the night

My baby used to do a good initial stretch of at least 5 or 6, sometimes even 7 or 8 hours of sleep before waking for milk. She's currently 7 months and EBF. Since around 5 months her sleep has been crap. Her initial stretch is around 2 or 3 hours and then after that she's up every hour or 90mins wanting milk. I don't get it because clearly she can do without it. Only change is I guess that she's not swaddled anymore. I'm so tired - does anyone have any advice or thoughts as to why this is happening?

Following because we’re exactly the same - used to do 6 hours then 3 hours then 2 hours. Now we get about 3 hours then 1-2 hours after that until the morning. Also ebf and has been like this since the 4m sleep regression! He definitely doesn’t need the milk but I do feed him back to sleep each time because it’s just easier and quicker. Some nights we can’t put him down at all and have to hold him for hours on end! Sorry no advice but know you’re not alone x

Same situation here. I believe it's to do with sleep cycles and linking them. I don't know yet how to change it either, you aren't alone

@Kay that sounds almost identical lol. It's tough because I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Hubby is on at me to sleep train but I don't really want to. Would rather just give her the milk and cuddles she needs but I'm also battered 😂

@Aggs ❤️

We had this too, she was a terrible sleeper! We did the taking Cara babies course and honestly can’t get over the change, she sleeps 7-6 now rarely with a wake up but if she does she self settles very quickly. I NEVER thought it would work, just hoped. We did also take away her dummy and that helped too
