If you mean thr cup that you insert after sex to hold the seven near your cervix, I wouldn't bother. The science seems to indicate that even laying with you hips elevated doesn't make much of an impact and the best sperm will get in there
@Anna👼👶👼👼 yes that's what it's for. And I agree! I was just wondering since I have heard people have had success stories but then again, the best sperm reaches the cervix anyways.
