@Summer I did for the first time this cycle! But I was not good with taking them consistently and it also stated on the box to take them after two hours of not peeing? And I have such a small bladder so that was hard and I never made it the two hour mark when I remembered to take them basically. But it seemed to peak around the 19/20th? So I kind of stopped taking them. I took one the 22nd to check again but it was pretty much negative. BUT I also drank a ton of water which I read could affect the results? I’m sooooooo confused.
It’s okay you don’t have to have two hour hold. I use the easy at home ones and they’re so easy and nice to use with the Premom app.
So ovulation is usually counted as the day AFTER your peak of LH. Can you take a picture of the LH strips on this app and it calculates your LH ratio?
Great 😌
I'd determine it with LH strips. I use one first thing in the morning again around lunch, and then one at night. Then you can see if the test line is as dark or darker than the control line and if that's the case I'd try during that time and until the line isn't as dark anymore.
My GYN doctor gave me a calendar for monitoring it myself. Based on your cycles you’re fertile after your period. Typically CD10 is the best day to start ttc and ovulation occurs CD13-14. This varies per person and cycle day. But I also don’t believe the charts because I had cramps CD15-16.
The most definite way is with LH strips. Do you use those?
