Omg I’m taking my 2 month old in for his first ones tomorrow and I was just thinking how on earth my 3 year old will handle it 😭
@Charlotte the nurse was just really heartless and my little girl cried so much having them done and afterwards!
Oh no
My little boy was alright with them. He cried but we had talked about it before and he’s seen me get jabs. Gave him some chocolate afterwards and that was it
My little girl had them today and she cried for about 30 seconds and then got a sticker and told the nurse she was going to buy a new toy and it was all forgotten! We spoke about them loads before she went which I think helped! Sorry your experience wasn’t great!
My son didn't cry at all and got some stickers. He complained of having a sore arm later that day but wasn't upset about it and was fine the following day and never mentioned it since.
My partner took my son he had a few tears he has been in hospital and had an operation and we play doctors at home and he is really good he was fine no side effects at all we gave him some calpol before bed jsut in case but he was a trooper
I've got my daughter's on Friday. It's just one injection isn't it? X
Do we have to sort it or will we get contacted?
@Jane it's 1 in each arm.c
@Emma I was contacted x
@Charlotte thank you, spoke to doctors receptionist today about several different things n she confirmed this is one of em
@Jane two in total, one in each arm
Any tips on what I can do to help her? Ice read that some have talked about them before hand but what do I say? 🤷 I hate jabs bless them x

I was going to ask that as I’ve got a phobia n thanks to recent events, it’s just got worse
@Jane I just spoke about her having them and it's to protect her from bad germs and she would get a treat after for being brave x
Ours are soon ? What was horrendous side effects? Or the process of getting them to stay still ?
