Most bizarre situation please weigh in

I’m staying at my parents’ house for the next few nights. I dropped and spilled some of my prenatals on the rug, with one going under the bed. It’s a regularly cleaned carpet so I put it back in the container. But something caught my eye while I was looking for it so I shined my flashlight where I saw a while DEAD yellow canary. My mom came and got it and told me it was recently dead, it was lying under the heater and hadn’t even had riger mortis set in. My question is, aside from what the actual fuck, are all my prenatals potentially gross now because (one) fell near a dead bird? This is my insane pregnancy brain but now I can’t stop thinking about it and I’m afraid to take it. Thanks so much for reading if you did and no they don’t have a cat.
