Same! I been calling but no help at all. They just told me to wait for reply from one of the service agent.
That’s so weird and none of their business at all!
They owe me £800 in childcare , they haven’t questioned my childcare but keep saying I need to send proof which I am! It’s so frustrating. Just pay out the childcare!
@Monique same! I am owed £800!! They have put it to a decision maker and its been 2 weeks and I am still awaiting to hear back😭
@Rian omg same! Mine is £1014 (max) they think it’s excessive but doesnt make sense im working full time so my daughter will be full time in childminder too plus im a single mom. Still waiting. How long u been waiting? Two weeks is so long.
I called them on Friday, I think it’s a wider issue as the agent sighed when I said childcare but more so that it’s been a problem with childcare costs not being reimbursed

@Monique how do u manage it if you waiting since Jan? Is it everyone you dont get reimbursed since JAN? Im stressing out because i cannot afford to pay my childminder. Have to borrow money to cover it for now

Luckily mine are in school it’s for breakfast and afterschool club, and I pay termly but they should have been reimbursing me each assessment period. I just had to pay the last bill out my wages
Same! They think mine is excessive honestly its really stressing me out! I am hoping i get a reply this week coming! Let me know if you hear back. Hopefully we all get our money😭 they make it so hard for us working mums
So weird, UC haven’t reimbursed my childcare costs either and we are currently going back and forth about it!
