There’s a backlog in some areas at the moment, if you’ve had the birth certificate back then they’ve definitely received everything and are processing it but you’ll get it back dated and you should get a text to confirm everything as soon as it’s done. Also check your online gov account as it sometimes shows there before you get the text
I just got the money put in my bank after 2 weeks no confirmation so I would say just keep an eye on your bank
I got mine quite quick but only from the following month. Does anyone know if you should get it for part months ie the month baby was born?

@Charlotte mine isn’t weekly I set it up for monthly
Mine came in after 3/4 months. I filled out the application in December, only received the payment 1st March🫠
Filled it out in October, still waiting...
I got mine paid all together for 5 month as I did the application in October my baby was born in September and I got paid in January, I live in London though and I think there is a huge backlog here. When I followed up in December the response online was that I should not contact them before February as they were dealing with application from September in December. You’ll get it eventually just hang in there

Applied in nov got money in march and this was after I called them😒
It takes a while tbh, I had to chase them as they kept changing the date I would expect it by. I applied in August and received in January x
Mine took about two weeks. I think it’s a busy period at this time when it’s getting closer to April
