What is your feed plan (times please!)

hi all my LO is a terrible eater and still relying on milk ! So i am trying to stick to a routine to shift his mindset. he still cries for milk at night. What is your meal timing and if you have a fussy eater when did it get better?

Breakfast - 8:00/8:30am Lunch - 11:30am Snack - 3:30pm Dinner - 6pm Sometimes we do nap at 11:30 & then lunch after at 1:30pm, just depends how tired he is. He’s gone through fussy phases but I’ve heard to expose expose expose. Put a mix on their plate, keep offering it even if they don’t eat it & always include something you think they’ll definitely eat/ their favourite food. Overtime they’ll more likely eat it

@Elizabeth hey thanks so no milk offered at all anymore?

No he doesn’t have milk anymore, I may offer it with breakfast sometimes but as soon as l switched his bottle to a tum tum he wasn’t interested anymore. He gets his calcium from cheese, yoghurts etc instead now.

We do…. Breakfast: 7ish Snack in between Lunch: 11:30ish Snack in between Dinner: 5:30 Ngl I give him a bottle of milk in his tumtum before his nap. He just drinks it & goes to sleep. Mine does wake up at night at the moment. But I’m pretty sure theres a regression at 18 months so I’m just rolling with it x

We have Breakfast around 7am If we're out & about then we do a snack at 11am, of we're at home then they have milk at 11am then down for a nap. Lunch between 12 & 1 or when they wake from their nap which can be between 1 & 2 Afternoon snack between 3 & 4 Tea between 5 & 6pm Bedtime milk at 7:30pm We don't give them milk through the night as they got to the point where they weren't drinking it so clearly weren't waking because of hunger 😊

Wake up she sometimes has a feed, breakfast usually between 7/8 am Lunch 12/1pm, sometimes a feed Dinner 6pm Little bottle of cow milk before bed with daddy Feed at night :) -breastfeeding

7/7.30am breakfast with cold cows milk as a drink. Can eat as many snacks as he wants between breakfast & lunch. 12pm lunch Can eat as many snacks as he wants between lunch & dinner. (Just not passed 4pm) 5/5.30pm dinner 6.30/7pm bath 7/7.30pm bedtime with 2oz warm cows milk. Has 2/3 drinks bottle of squash during the day.

Breakfast is usually 8am. Lunch is 11:00/12:00.. sometimes it’s just snacks and then lunch after if we are out and about. Snacks usually about 3 Dinner at 4:30/5 xx

thanks curious, when is nap time and how long?

Could be 2 naps of 1 hour each (morning & afternoon) Or 1 nap of 2/2.5 hours. (Before or after lunch) today he slept 9-11am & that was it until bed at 7pm. Every day is different.

Naps depend on what we're up to. If we're home then they go down for a nap at 11am and can sleep anywhere between 1 hour and 3 hours. If we're out & about then it's little cat naps in the car or in their pram whenever they feel like it for as long as they like, just not past 4pm 🤣 x

Wake up 6:30/7 Fruit/plain crackers 8:00 breakfast 09:30 fruit 1130 lunch 12/1230 nap (1hr 15min) 200 snack 3:30 dinner 500 yoghurt/crumpet/slice of toast/crackers 6:30 bed time

She eats when she's hungry tbh. Milk whenever she wakes up followed by breakfast 30-60 minutes after (depends if its a weekend or a school day) Snacks around 10am Lunch around 12pm (sometimes eats her lunch at 11am if she wants it) Snacks between 2-4pm. Tea at 5pm Milk 6-7pm and then bed

8am: Bottle of Oat Milk (Alpro Growing up) 9am: Breakfast 11:45ish: Lunch 12:30ish: Bottle of Oat milk 4pm: Snack 7:30pm: Dinner 9pm: Bottle of formula 🥰❤️ He used to be breastfed so he loves the bottles to go to sleep because the bottles are the cuddles, kisses and hands in hair moments.

6:30 - wake up 7:00- breakfast 09:00- fruit 12:00- Lunch 15:30- snack/yoghurt 17:30/18:00 - dinner 19:00/20:00 -bedtime
