I’ve done spag bol, chilli con carne, veggie pasta sauce, moussaka, and am hoping to add chicken enchiladas and coronation chicken pie this week - the last two are recipes from The Batch Lady website so might be worth checking that out for some inspiration.
Chinese curries, pasta bake, Soups, bolognese, I even did pulled pork and beef to use for easy tacos etc. Ran out of room in the freezer though, so I'm sure what I've done will only last the 1st week 😂 xx
