Does anybody teach at home?

Does anybody do worksheets or activities to teach ABC'S and 123's? And/or other stimulating activities? Need some inspiration!

I have the Scholastic Success with Toddler workbook from Costco. LO loves it.

I’ve been a teacher for 16 years and I do not do worksheets with my 3 year old. We just focus on academic concepts as we go about our daily life. I’ve started working on letter sounds as he’s known the alphabet since he was around 18 months. And since he knows numbers 1-20 (gets tricky after 14 though lol) now we count groups of objects to work on one to one correspondence. Basically think about what they already know but take it one step further. But not in a structured way for a toddler.

Kind of. We do a lot of worksheets, because my toddler really enjoys them. We just get workbooks and kind of do whatever. She already knew the ABCs from asking me about them when we read, and she enjoys counting, so we do that. She's probably learned more actual counting from reading books and demanding that I count the animals though

Yes! We call them “learning activities” and my son loves it. We make sure they are fun and usually end it with a craft. We got some off Amazon by the brand Play Smart and used those all last year. We also love this girl @learningwithKelsey on Instagram and I get her digital downloads every month which have crafts and fun learning activities. There are a ton of teachers on Instagram that also give out freebie worksheets or sell them on teacherspayteachers.com. I don’t force them on my son, he seriously will ask to do them and has learned a lot just trying doing different things like numbers, letters, scissors, tracing, sight words, etc.
