I was at first but not anymore. It’s been 2 months now since she’s been a tummy sleeper
Just always put them back first and if they roll then it’s ok
I sleep on my front, so when she didn’t sleep well as a new born I knew she must be a tummy sleeper! When she learnt to roll it was a game changer. I had sleepless nights worrying but now she’s nearly 7 months, I’m not. She rolls, she can sit, she can pivot around and crawl a little if she was uncomfortable she moves x
Yeah she's fine to be left. She's just a tummy sleeper. Mine can't roll front to back yet and I'm still letting him tummy sleep because if I flip him, he just flips back over again 🤣
My boy often turns on his side and front but I leave him as I know he can roll himself back over.
@Sarah literally this was us last night 😂🤦♀️
Thanks everyone! This is so reassuring, she slept on her front pretty much the whole night and only woke once for a feed vs the usual 2-3 times 😂 looks like that’s how she’ll be sleeping for the foreseeable future!
My boy has gone into his big cot the last week and slept better than ever before …. Facing down on the mattress. I’m currently zoomed in on the monitor to check he’s breathing! I’ve turned him back many times and he’s not having it. Thought about getting one of those heart and breathing monitors but that may send me spiralling even more ! He can roll front to back and back to front and has good head control but it’s not helping me sleep any easier!
✋🏾I could’ve literally written your post. My son is 7 months next week and sleeps either on his side or on his front with his face turned to the side. It makes me so anxious, we’re co-sleeping, so I’m not even getting the benefit of better sleep.
