27 month review-30 month review

I got 2 questionnaires delivered in the post a few days ago. I was wondering if someone could help me understand because my appointment is 31st March and my daughter is 2 years 3 months. Honestly I stopped counting months and I’m terrible at working it out but from what I have tried to work out my daughter would be 27-28 months. Do they want me to take both questionnaires despite her not reaching 30 months or do I have to have another appointment? Also I got a text from a health visitor the other day saying that I should have received a letter in the post for something to fill out and someone will be visiting us. But I haven’t even received a letter and we are going away soon on holiday. Are we due for a health visitor check? Thank you.
