Tw:Domestic abuse

My boyfriend choked me and kicked me in the back when we were both drunk last night I was scared to react but in the end I did slap him in the face and he stopped. He claims he did nothing and I attacked him. I have a bruise and cut on my back and he says I did it to myself and I’m a liar. I don’t know if he really doesn’t remember what happened or not but I don’t want to stay. I don’t know what to do I don’t want to give up my whole life and move in with parents in the countryside because of this man I don’t want him to ruin my life.
