On the go snacks/food

The weather is nicer and I've got 2 weeks off for Easter holidays so need to try to keep a rowdy 13 month old busy. Planning to spend as much of the day outside as possible. I don't always want to rely on getting food out so I'm looking for your recommendations for on the go snacks and lunches, preferably that require little to no preparation as my LO is very clingy and I don't have the time to spend ages prepping.

Cauliflower fritters and broccoli croquettes but they would need making. I do a huge batch when I have time and freeze them. When we go to restaurants I take bagels thins with cream cheese as they are less messy, cucumber, melty sticks, baby crisps like carrot and pea ones from Aldi/asda, berries, grapes, banana. I’ve just bought some baby flapjack from Aldi to try
