I went from .26 in Feb 2018, then .39 Feb 2018 and as of last month I'm at .19.

Mine was tested before surgery, & I know surgery can potentially make it drop, hopefully it didn’t impact it too much. I just feel like it’s so close to zero 😔
When I was at .26, I was still on bc but I was told that wouldn't affect the AMH results. The only thing that changed between the 1st and 2nd result was that I began taking prenatal vitamins. I can't say that I've been taking the prenatal vitamins as consistantly when had my latest AMH test. I am now taking prenatal vitamins with Folate (not folic acid) DHA and Coq10. I'm also making a conscious effort to reduce toxins and increase antioxidants and add more good fats to my diet. I'll have everything checked again in Jan and hopefully I will have better results. I don't expect a miracle and for it to jump up to 2.00 or anything but I would like to move in the right direction

I'm sure they were very excited. Smh!! I would consult with your gyn. AMH is important but I think you should look at the entire picture. You will need to see your results for different hormones, FSH and others before understanding where you really stand. I wouldn't worry too much based on that 1 test.
I’m going to consult with my regular gynecologist to see if she can offer me any assistance. I was referred to a surgeon who also happens to be a fertility specialist & they were so excited to offer me fertility treatments for $600-$1000 a month 🤦🏻♀️
I’m 34 my amh .35 I haven’t had any medical treatments. going to see my doctors to see what’s the best option for me .
I paid for a private blood test to make sure it was accurate and was told my Amh was 4.8. I’m 33. I have a 5 year old son so not sure if my Amh was low when I had him. I had my problems conceiving first time but we was trying for 2 years with second with no luck x
Hey ladies do y’all know how I can increase my AMH level?

According to my fertility specialist you can’t, because it directly reflects the number of eggs you have. She wasn’t very good at explaining everything to me so I’m going back to my regular gynecologist.
I was told that you can't increase your AMH. However, after doing my own research, it looks like DHEA and ensuring you have enough vitamin D can help. Also, decrease stress and toxins and increase antioxidants. I think the goal with low AMH is to ensure the eggs we have left are kept as healthy as possible
I agree, I don't think it can amh levels can increase but I read that supplements will help keep them healthy. For those looking to try ivf, even with low egg retrieval numbers quality is key. I personally don't know when I'd try ivf but I take dhea everyday. Been taking it for about a year. Its has other benefits.

What dose of DHEA do you take? I purchased 100mg and now I know that is way too much! With my low AMH and high FSH. I was told I wouldn't be a candidate for IVF with this 1 RE. She was willing to do an IUI.
Hello Stelle, what is DHEA?
Hello Lisa, dhea(Dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone. People who use it swear by it. Kindly do your research about it

Stella can I buy it over the counter?
Thanks
34 years old and amh 1.05. My RE recommended embryo banking. Starting that process soon but it is nerve wracking :/

What I’ve realized in doing more research is that it is just one number. We shouldn’t let it define us and it doesn’t mean we can’t get pregnant. I posted an article that I think you’ll find interesting.
I feel ya there, I feel like I’ve got this ticking time clock in my body & unfortunately not in a position to do any type of fertility interventions 😭
I just turned 32 and my AMH is 1.03. I have an appointment on Tuesday with the fertility specialist but also found out last week I have to have surgery on my uterus to remove polyps so hoping to get a game plan on Tuesday.
I’m 29, and an amh of 0.9. We are in the middle of our first round of ivf. We got 5 embryos from egg retrieval and will be doing a FET in February.

This makes me feel better as 5 embryos is pretty good going! Good luck
Yes, we were shocked. Our doctor told us that we may get none, and to be prepared for multiple rounds for embryo banking. At our last ultrasound before the retrieval there were only 5 follicles total, but we ended up with 12 retrieved. Definitely not expected, but a blessing! Hoping one of them sticks!
When you guys are saying your amh level, what units are you using?

ng/mL
Mine was 0.77 summer of 2018 and then I lost my right ovary this summer and now it’s 0.14
3.6 to 4.4pmol ... not sure where it is now
I am 34, mine is .1 and FSH is 31
Mine was 3.6 pmol and then 4.4. I don’t know what it is now and that was a year ago. I’m sure it’s gone down. I was working with a Chinese medicine doctor, doing acupuncture and taking coQ10 when it went up
Oh! What did you do differently?
