Hi. Read the book "It starts with the egg". My doctor has me on like 8 supplements and I am pretty sure my amh is improving. My last one was .856. He is going to recheck my level because he said on Monday it looked like I had several eggs!

My AMH was .3. I had 3 rounds of failed IVF and then conceived naturally after 6 months of acupuncture. My son is 2 now. 😀

OMG thanks for sharing! I found out I have low amh and high FSH in the beginning of the year and since then have been consistent on my supps, smoothies, yoga, fertility massages, Accupuncture and herbs. I want to stay away for IVF as much as possible and am lucky that my husband’s numbers are good. I am hoping to get pregnant naturally with all the changes that I have done:)
