What does everyone do for their little ones birthdays? Done sealife the last two years but was thinking about switching it up. Not fussed about a party but just feel with it being winter, everything is shut? Any ideas?

Girls , I delivered in 11/14, I am having soreness in my pelvic area and sometimes it’s difficult to move and walk , I can’t lay on my side in bed because it’s so uncomfortable/painful. Are you ladies experience similar symptoms 1 week postpartum? If so when can I expect relief ?

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and my doctor told me that my baby is in the breech position. Have your babies flipped? Do you know when they flipped? Did you have to do yoga to flip them? I'm paranoid of a c section (my 1st was vaginal) i know it's only a concern if the baby is breech by 34 weeks but I'...
What advice would you give about c-section aftercare? My twins are due Feb, and although I know I will be advised at my hospital appointments, I feel like sometimes it's good to get advice from different women on what worked for them.
