Dropping a bottle

My 11 month old has 3 7oz bottles a day and most over the time one through the night too. Her first bottle of the day she tends to only drink 2oz of it. Would now be the right time to drop the morning bottle? And have an early afternoon one/late morning? She has 3 meals a day too.
