Jess’s (she/her) story began in a doctor’s office, when her period symptoms worsened after having twins and the only suggested course of action was unnatural and unhealthy.
She left motivated to find another, more natural, better way.
And a better way was found.
Since then, it’s been her goal to spread this goodness to women all around the globe.
A desire fueled by her personal history: a patchwork of peoples and cultures she’s grown close to after living in six different countries throughout her life.
At some point, she made the deep realization that periods tie women together, regardless of race or cultural differences.
This commonality not only ties us together, but drives Mixhers as a company to create a better way to live with our hormones.
It is now her mission to normalize period talk and provide proper care, education, and nutrition for women all around the globe.
