Hiya I am going to be bottle feeding but was wondering if I express colostrum prior to birth can I give the baby this in a bottle? 🙂

I’m a first time mum and I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant. I think I have felt 2 kicks but I’ll not 100% sure. I haven’t really put on any weight and I kind just feel bloated like I do when I get my period. I’m so paranoid that something is wrong. But I guess that just usually. 😕

I've seen online lots of things about them but my SIL's all said they don't know what a birth plan is and basically you just go in and have to deal with it all in the moment?

Hi All, I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and just trying to find out what breast pumps are the best to use! I’d love one I can walk around the house with and still do these (hands free). I’ll have a manual one as well but looking for amazing hand free pumps!

Anyone else feeling baby movements yet? It's been about 9 years since I was last pregnant and I can't quite remember those first movements. I'm 15 weeks, but on my 3rd. Is it gas? Is it baby? Who knows
