Having struggles finding daycare under $3k a month for my guy. Won’t need until April but want to get ahead of it. If you love your daycare/nanny and don’t have to pay an arm and a leg please share! I am in Boston!

What did you decide? I’m having the hardest time with this decision. For context I work from home mostly. I can afford both but only if nanny is 30ish hours a week and I work 40. I like the idea of having baby home while I work and the one to one care. For daycare I like the social aspect and the flexibility for me....
