Hi mamas! I have a one year old boy who has co slept till he was 5 months. He takes naps in his crib most of the time. What are some hacks you guys have to help the transition to his own bed? This mama needs her space Any advice appreciated No negative comments about cosleeping!

I have 3 month old and lately he's been sleeping a lot, especially if i accidentally nap I'll wake up and he's asleep on me. He acts normal but just been taking a lot of naps which last an hour or 3
