Post Natal Depression group (PND/PPD)šŸ’–

This group is for Mummies that are experiencing Postnatal depression / Post Partum Depression (PND/PPD) Iā€™ve created this group on personal experience, having been diagnosed twice with PND after both of my daughters births.. and Iā€™m still recovering from the second one I donā€™t think PND is spoken about enough, I want to support Mums and let them know itā€™s okay to talk about your thoughts and feelings as Iā€™ve been through it.. its difficult being inside your own head sometimes! But donā€™t worry there is light at the end of the tunnelšŸ’”we will get through this together šŸ’ŖšŸ½

What can I do?

I don't know how to fix myself. I have been feeling that life is meaningless and that there is no point in living. I am 10 weeks pregnant, nauseous, have a 18 month old, and work full time. So tired with everything and done with life in general.

Mum and baby unit
