Hi ladies, I'm currently 6w pregnant and my blood pressure sometimes drops to 90-85/70-60. Has anyone gone through this? What's the best way to treat it? Even prior to pregnancy I almost always have low bp but it used to range around 100/75 or so. Any advice ?
