I have my elective C-section booked in for the 19th but when will I have to go in for the pre op? My first was an emergency section so this is the first elective and I’m unsure. Will they contact me and tell me?

Does anyone know if the hospitals have the premade kendamil? I’m due my second in 4 weeks and with my first we chose Aptamil but if breastfeeding doesn’t work out for me again then we have chose kendamil this time. Was wondering so I know whether to pack my own or not.
