We switched my son from Kendamil to cow and gate and a scoop of carobel a few weeks back and he’s perfect on the duo, does anyone know if the cow and gate anti reflux formula will do the same thing? Will I have to transition him or is it just the same as putting the carobel in?

Has it changed? I’ve got a new tin and the spoon/lid has changed and I’m also finding when I’m making the bottles it’s clumpy at the bottom. Never had this before only since the new tin.

I recently switched from combi-feeding to full formula last week. LO has had very, very runny poops since. I know Kendamil can cause runny poos than other formula but is this normal?!
