Birth after stillbirth

I experienced a stillbirth at 40 weeks with my first pregnancy. I went into labour and baby’s heartbeat was fine until it suddenly wasn’t there. Does anyone mind sharing their experiences of birth following a still birth, I’m anticipating hospital would encourage induction or elective csection but i want to labour naturally. Any experiences?

So I had a full term still birth it started like your but the cord wrapped and the monitor came off for his heart but when I spoke to them they said if I wanted or if they felt baby was in danger next time around they'd send me straight to c section but I could labor naturally again if I wanted to and it shouldnt cause any issues next time around
