I did the hypnobirthing course by the positive birth company. It was recommended by my midwife and really helped me out in early labour, I delivered early last Sunday x
We did this hypnobirthing course when I was pregnant with my first and it was brilliant. It was pre-Covid so not sure how things have changed but highly recommend Carole 😁 http://optimumbirthing.co.uk
