@Colleen sorry. I meant without seeing a fertility specialist. My insurance does not cover it.
It is possible! AMH is about quantity of eggs, not quality. So you may have lovely quality eggs still in the game. Try reading It Starts With An Egg - it all about how to improve egg quality through lifestyle choices.
@Abbie thank you ❤️
I have low AMH and was told by a fertility specialist at my clinic that low AMH in itself makes it no less likely for you to get pregnant naturally but it may mean less favourable results if you need IVF
Sure, anything is possible! We had to have some fertility help (clomid cycle and a trigger shot) but didn’t end up doing ivf so not sure if that counts as natural… there is a midway point. Plus if your cycles are regular age is the best indicator of egg quality (what I was told) I was 32 and amh was .04 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Hi lovely! Here to spread hope! My AMH is 0.64 and I fell pregnant the first month I tried. Currently 14 weeks. It’s just a number. The best thing you can do is relax and trust your body, and the only thing i did to increase my chances was to lift my legs after sex, which I now swear by! Best of luck!!!!
@Dee what does that mean, low AMH may mean less favourable results if you need IVF? Is that because drugs will have limited affect at stimulating?
It means your ovarian reserve is lower and you are less likely to respond well to IVF stimulation. I still ovulate every month so if we didn’t have male factor also, might have been ok x
It is (natural is a relative term) , but you may need the help of some fertility meds. Best of luck!
