Really just depends. Sometimes the expensive kind has better ingredients, better wear, last longer, prettier packaging, ect. Or sometimes expensive ones are expensive just because your paying for the name. There are tons of regular pharmacy type makeup that works just as well if not better than some expensive brands. Just depends on the consumers preference

Event the dollar store sells eye liner easier to put on and ultra sells the same one for like a dollar more lol

@Brittany also is foundation necessary if you want to wear minimal makeup? i usually only wear eyeliner, mascara, sometimes eyeshadow, sometimes lipstick, always lip balm

@Melissa definitely not necessary! Especially if you already have nice skin! But if you want something to even your skin out but not full foundation, you could also look for some Bb cream or Cc cream. Sometimes I'll just wear those instead of foundation and it's not as cakey for heavy coverage but can even skin tone and provide color correction

@Brittany is it brand a good cc cream?

A good high end brand is It cosmetics cc cream. But a pharmacy brand I really like is a BB cream. L'Oreal magic skin beautifier BB cream.

Most conventional makeup brands you find in the store have harmful ingredients. I always recommend Crunchi for their transparency in their ingredients, high performing products, sustainable packaging, & for how long they last. It’s actually more cost effective to get more high quality makeup if it lasts months & months over a brand you have to replace often.
