Yes of course!
My doctor advised to be careful with frozen berries (she said fresh are better for now) as apparently there was some bacteria found in a few batches (I’m in Australia) but to be honest I had them in my smoothies before I asked her about this and had no issues.

They’re high in folates which are so important!! My OB told me when I was pregnant that there’s no produce you can’t have. Eat things like lunch meat in moderation and make sure meats are cooked medium or above
