Nanny Share - looking for another family near Park Hill Neighborhood

We are actively searching for a family to join us in a nanny share arrangement starting in August/September. About Our Family: Our family consists of a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. Our 3-year-old will be attending Park Hill Children's part-time or full-time (to be determined). We're a loving family residing in Denver, and our home is equipped with kid-friendly amenities, providing a nurturing environment for our little ones. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a like-minded family to participate in a nanny share arrangement starting in August/September for a long term/ full time nanny share. Collaboration, communication, and shared decision-making are important values to us. We value compatibility with our family's expectations and parenting style. Safety and reliability are our top priorities, and we're looking for a nanny who fits our family and can help make our hectic lives less stressful! We thought it would be great for our families to work together to interview potential nannies. Our current nanny is wonderful, but our schedules no longer align starting in August/September. We need full-time coverage from Monday to Thursday until 5:00 pm and on Fridays until 4:00 pm.
