Never ordering shit else from Temu

I have had the worse fucking experience with Temu! This is my first time ordering shit from that website, so I received “verify ownership” emails from both orders and sent in all of the information that they ASKED me to send and constantly kept sending me “insufficient documents” I sent my bank statement that clearly matched the card and name, took a picture of the last four digits of my card meanwhile my husband ordered some shit off that site for the first time and had ZERO issues but with me? I’m getting all this shit. Reached out to customer service and they obviously can’t do shit. So with my first order they ended up taking my money out of my account and canceling my order.. my second order says processed and yet I keep receiving the same messages as I did the first order. I should’ve took heed when people said that Temu was a fucking scam

I had bad feelings about Temu as soon as I started seeing ads for it. It seems very similar to Wish.

Yeah I had a strange feeling too and concerns for workers. Probably fast fashion and slave labour production

Oh no! I’m waiting for my first order, due for delivery next week! 🫣 I didn’t like the sound of it but several friends and family members used it and reassured me it was all good so I put a £100 order in and now I’m scared! 😬 Why would you have to verify yourself? So weird!

Temu is sketch to cheap and it’s like a slow boat to China for shipping my stepson bought something there from grandmas cc cause I didn’t approve using my cc for whatever crap he was going to buy

Had friends and family use it with no issues. The products are literally the same crap I’ve searched on Amazon most times. Literally have like $300 worth of stuff in my cart right now 😂 hopefully things can get figured out!!

Really?! I’ve had GREAT experiences with temu! I’ve ordered about 10 large orders and every order I have been so pleased with! Mostly all baby clothes but everything is been in great conduction- super cute- perfect sizes. I’m sorry you had such a bad experience!

Wow My friends and I have had very great experiences from Temu that our other friends had to come on board. I even stopped ordering from SHEIN and Amazon except it’s something I can’t find on Temu. The best for me is their return policy and delivery takes about 10-14days or so So sorry about your experience

I've bought loads on there. I won't buy clothes anymore, as I got a few t-shirts for fathers day and the fabric was weird, but all the "stuff" I've ordered has been fine and arrived quicker than estimated
