Confusion over my sons religion

So my son was born in 2015 ( not married to father ) I don't know if he done the azan in his ear when he was a born We broke up 6 months later and I reverted to Islam in 2018. Is my son muslim? Should I get him to do the shahada just incase? What do I do!
