Angelcare bath, how do I wash babies back??

I have this bath seat but how do I wash my babies back and bum when she's in it?😂 I've been picking her up and having to do it but it's very awkward and I'm scared ill drop her. Is there another way?

I pick baby up and let him ‘swim’ in the bath supported by me & clean his back with my other hand

I just used to reach my hand and flannel underneath her or as your already doing. But it’s like that with any baby bath 🤷🏼‍♀️

i lay her on her front, but she's long so idk it's any different

i use my angel care in his baby tub. so I'm able to sit him up to wash his back. and put his legs up and wash his bottom like a diaper change. or i just wash it when i pick him up before rinsing him off. he usually showers with me. so it's pretty easy for us.

Thanks guys😊

I wash my baby’s back and bum before I put him in this seat so I don’t have to worry about it when he is completely wet and slippery x

I’m so glad you asked this😂 when my little girl was small I used to wonder how other mums did it! x

Like u would do if you forward sit and burp a baby. Hand supporting neck and chin and the other hand washing back and bum quick.

I didn't! Her back was in water while lying in the seat so that was enough. I never used soap on her very often just water. She was never dirty unless after a blowout which rarely happened 🤷

I used to just do it when she was out, lay her on the towel, lift her legs and clean her bum with the flannel

My friend had a wonderful technique for her baby, she had a flannel and a two sponges. Washing baby girls front she would wet and pop the flannel on the bottom half whilst she cleaned her daughters neck folds under arms etc with the sponges and then would warm and move the flannel to cover the baby’s top half whilst she cleaned legs folds etc, then would tip her forward out of the angel bath supporting her in a front swim motion, being careful to keep her face out of the water(!!) and would clean her back and bum etc from there ☺️ it’s a nice way to keep baby supported and makes it easy to then lift her out into her towel ready to take for a change in her jammies!

Lift the baby up and wash back this is a support bath. No other way you'll get used to it

I get in the tub with baby. I squat or sit on my knees so I am closer to her. Sit her up to get her back and when I’m handing her to my husband to put her in a towel I will wash her tush

@Aevum literally same he is so long idk any other way to do it

Sit baby forward x
