How long to use infacol?
My baby is 3 weeks and been using infacol for just over a week to help with pains and trapped wind. It has been working amazingly well and although sometimes she’s still visibly uncomfortable and cries when passing wind it’s much better than it was!
How long do I keep her on it for? I’m scared to stop giving it to her and she goes back to being in agony again and screaming all the time. Should I slowly wean her off it and see? Or should I just keep using it? What did you guys do who have used it before?

I asked my HV this for my firstborn and she said Infacol is actually very mild and so not to get hung up in how long you use it for so long as you're within daily doses.
I’ve used infacol for around 2 weeks and it seemed to help a lot. I have heard it makes babies constipated (don’t know how true it is) and my little boy has now been 3 days without a poo. I stopped using it yesterday and didn’t seem to have a problem burping him ☺️ just hoping a poo will soon follow! 🤞🏼
I used for 2 weeks then stopped to see if it was better. It was so stopped completely x
I used it in every feed for a couple months, didn’t do us any harm x
