Nursery opinion

Does anyone have any experience of bright horizons nursery on Radbourne Road? We booked a viewing but they've now cancelled it and said its closed for refurbishment until the new year. We don't want to lose out on getting another place at an alternative but this one is v convenient for us

We looked at it beginning of last year - we didn’t have problems other than it was quite old. So maybe the refurb is a good thing! We ended up going with N-Family Balham which isn’t too far from there which is much newer and we felt more comfortable with it. Our little girl LOVES nursery 😊 Happy to chat privately if you have any questions. x

We booked in to the tooting one! Loved it! But when I came to paying for her I was told after I'd pay that they couldn't have her due to the ofsted report they couldn't take funded 2 Yr old! (Which I told them when we viewed) I read the report it isn't great! But when we tried to book for the balham one as I liked their overall idea of childcare I couldn't get through I tried emailing and calling! Rang their head office, they also couldn't get through and told me to try calling them! Tried a few times then gave up!

Thanks Heather, that's so frustrating. it does seem like something weird/fishy is going on with their management in Balham.

Yeh Charlotte! It's a shame I really fell in love with them!! But I dont think after all this that I will send my daughter to them! I'm sad about this but it's how I feel! Good luck finding a nursery for your child!!! There is a really nice one on Endleshum Road (I'm not great with spelling) it's the next road over from Ramsden Road. My best mates lil boy went there and loved it. I picked him up a few times and they all seemed really nice!

Ah thanks very much I'll definitely look into that one then!
