To sugar or not to sugar?

I know lots of parents who don't give their LOs sugar. Do you? I use sugar in my cooking and I do give cereals such as Cocopops/Cheerios on occasion at breakfast or as a little sweet snack to tide my wee guy over until a mealtime. I think for me, I'd rather introduce a little bit often as I've seen kids who have never had sugar and given some for the first time go wild, lol! Obviously there is no right or wrong but I would be interested to know your thoughts?

I do. My 4 year old and I even bake and cook together. I use different sugars for different things, like oatmeal can have a little brown sugar or maple syrup, plain yogurt can have a little honey, etc. It’s like other foods, we don’t have sugar every day but sometimes we do no different than not having pasta every day. We just don’t make a big deal about it, but have had conversation about why can’t just have candy vs healthy and snacks.
