Celiac in babies

My 13 month baby had a recent blood test that came back with positive results for the antibodies for celiac. I am waiting for our appt to be schedule with a GI specialist. Idk what to do or think. He has multiple food allergies and has been going through extreme eczema his whole year and is on the smaller side. Other than that he does not have a lot of the symptoms listed. We tend to stay away from gluten anyways. Hope someone is out there to help me. I feel so down as its been such a struggle already. ☹️
