Busy Bees Nursery Bexleyheath UK

Would you recommend Busy Bees Nursery? I’m thinking of enrolling my LO in the Bexleyheath branch in September but have only found bad reviews online. Please can you share your experience or where you’d recommend instead?

Hi! Where have you found bad reviews? My LO is starting next week, I didn't found any when I enrolled her and visited the nursery.

There was a chat on the Bexley Mums Facebook group about nurseries a few weeks ago and there were some bad opinions about that particular nursery. What I would say is to book a visit and have a look around for yourself but if you want experiences then join that group and have a read about what people have said.

My little one is joining in June. It was one of my favourite nursery’s in Bexleyheath. I saw the comments on the mums Facebook group which kind of made me question it but when I went for a tour I really liked it. The other one I really liked was monkey puzzle but there garden is sooo small, so that’s why I chose busy bee x

@Alba apologies, bad reviews for Busy Bees regionally but not Bexleyheath specifically. I found reviews on Trustpilot

@Dani thank you. I went for a visit last week and thought it was lovely. I’ve found it hard to find local mums’ experiences so I’ll definitely check out that group.

@Grace I visited last week and really loved it. I loved the structure of the day, how much food they’re offered and that they can choose their own activities when they’re old enough. Would love to hear about your experience if you’re happy to share

I visited in October- There was a lot to like about them. As soon as we walked in they were very welcoming and warm. They took us to each room, explained everything in detail. They spoke a lot about encouraging their development. It seems fun and safe. That’s the main thing, I felt comfortable that my son would be safe but would also have fun there which was my main priority. Also, price wise they aren’t the most expensive, and only round the corner from me, so seemed like the perfect fit.

@Grace thanks so much, this is exactly how I felt. Did you apply in person or ring them up? I can’t find where to apply on their website

I have no idea about this nursery, but if i can then i recommend you Cherry Tree Nursery on Barrington Road. If you have any questions or something send me private msg :)

I was hesitant about this one as the outside area backs on to the back of the secondary school playing field and there was a lot of noise/ older kids sitting up against the fence. They also said that they don't do days out/ trips as there is not enough staff. we went with another one in the end as this one just didn't 'feel' right but that's a completely personal opinion.

@Rav I think I just sent them an enquiry saying I’m looking for my son to joint in June for x amount of days, is there any availability and then they emailed me back x

@Magdalena thanks so much!

@Francesca thanks so much for sharing. We visited just after Christmas so the school was closed. Definitely something to consider. Would you be able to share which nursery you chose? Can understand if you’d prefer to direct message for privacy. I didn’t know nursery’s did days out

@Grace thank you. My husband booked our visit so they said they’d need to send the application form to his email address
