I also don’t drink any caffeine and these do have a fair amount in them so just be mindful. I know caffeine in pregnancy is considered ok within a certain limit. I know they recommend these in Labour but to limit them in pregnancy. One won’t do any harm!

I have been drinking lucozade energy throughout and don’t drink any coffee or other forms of caffeine, as long as you’re not overdoing it, you’ll be fine x
I had one a couple of weeks ago to try it out since I have bought and packed some for my hospital bag. I saw lots of people putting them in their hospital bags so did a bit of research and found out that isotonic drinks are actually recommended and safe to drink during labour. It was even on a hospital bag list for a hospital near me and I mentioned it to my midwife to be 100% sure. She said that since I'm low risk I should be able to drink it and if not it will still be useful for after or for my partner since we will both be shattered. Lucozade sport have no caffeine either so they are totally fine, just don't overdo it since it's an energy drink.
Also just to clarify, lucozade sport drink is caffeine free (at least with the original orange flavour, I think there are some that aren't), lucozade energy though is not caffeine free.
