3 year old won't eat
Hi I am struggling at meal times with my 3 year old. He as been fussy for awhile now with his eating but I always managed to make something he liked eventually but the past few days he is just refusing to eat anything apart from junk snack foods. It's really starting to get me down. He also can't tell me what he wants as he is very delayed with his communication.
Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you.
My little girl is delayed speech too, always been a fussy eater, (greatful she actually likes her fruit and some veg) have you tried letting him help prepare/cook. I find if she helps shes willing to eat abit more/try it. Other times she will eat if we actually feed it her (lazy). Could always try busy boards? Or somehow incorporate a game into it?
