I live local to bradford (halifax) and i prefer halifax to bradford but everyone will have their preference!! maybe have a look at halifax and see if you like anywhere there!! x

Oh no the properties were in BD11 but I guess I’ll stay away and closer to LS area any tips on Leeds
@Wynter BD11 is fine! Birkenshaw more than Drighlington but they’re better than main Bradford x
I live Queensbury which is closer to Halifax compared to Bradford and it is probably one of the nicer areas however very hard to get houses up here x
Bd16 is a nice postcode look at bingley or cottingley

@Wynter it’s better than most areas of Bradford however there are some rougher parts so just be weary. You’ll get an idea once you view x

Towards bingley, wilsden, harden, Cullingworth etc is lovely. I live in Cullingworth and it’s a lovely village and the primary school is great too ☺️
If I’m honest I wouldn’t bother unless you’re going to Skipton. Potentially Denholme or the top side of Queensbury. I’d absolutely avoid the rest of Bradford. I’m from BD6 and I’m actively searching for somewhere else to live out of the area as I hate it so much. All I hear about are burglaries and I’m absolutely sick to death of young lads riding stolen motorbikes past my house. The crime rate in Bradford is unbelievable x
