Is this cradle cap or eczema??
My little boy has this on his head and eyebrows it did start off fine line on his head but looks like it’s spreading(another pic in comments)

My baby has exactly the same thing and I’ve been treating it with Aveeno but it will not go away. Starting to think it may be mild cradle cap so going to try coconut oil
Looks like cradle cap to me, my LG had it. We used coconut oil on hers x
I would say probably a little bit of eczema. Cetraben cream works great or perhaps a bit of sudocrem?
